Each floor has two price bands, depending on the studio and its position in the building. These are direct long-stay opening rates, and they may change with availability and stay terms.

For a 3rd-floor studio at IDR 11,400,000, the same month comes to about IDR 12,000,000. Your own total depends on the studio you choose and how much you use the air conditioning.
Booking fee and deposit
Once we have confirmed that a studio is free for your dates, a booking fee holds it for you. The booking fee is credited to your first month's rent when you move in, and there is no separate security deposit.
How long you can stay
Monthly rates apply from one month. You can extend month by month or sign a longer contract, for example 12 months, and you never need to pay 12 months in advance. For stays shorter than a month, message us for availability.
Which studio fits you
- Studio A, 27 m²: the most common layout, with a queen bed, sofa, dining table for two, work desk and kitchenette.
- Studio B, 31 m²: the largest layout, a wider room with more space around the bed and sofa. Only two studios: 208 and 308.
- Studio C, 30 m²: corner studios with extra floor space. Six studios: 106, 115, 206, 215, 306 and 315.

Questions
Is electricity included in the rent?
No. Each studio has its own prepaid PLN meter, and most residents spend about IDR 300,000 a month, depending on air-conditioner use.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No. A booking fee holds your studio, and it is credited to your first month's rent when you move in.
Can I stay for less than a month?
Our rates are monthly. For shorter stays, message us on WhatsApp and we will check availability.
Do I have to pay 12 months in advance for a 12-month contract?
No. You can sign a 12-month contract without paying 12 months in advance.
