Prices, room video and how to book
Everything you need before you book a studio at Sora Residence Sanur: the monthly rent, what it includes, a short video of the rooms, and how to pay the booking fee from another country.
Monthly rent
Queen bed, sofa, dining table for two, work desk, kitchenette and a private balcony. Our most common layout.
Corner studios with extra floor space. IDR 10,500,000 on the 1st floor (106, 115), 10,750,000 on the 2nd (206, 215) and 11,000,000 on the 3rd (306, 315).
Our largest layout, with more space around the bed and sofa. Only two: 208 (IDR 11,200,000) and 308 (IDR 11,400,000).

The rent includes local tax (PB1). These opening rates apply to contracts signed by 30 November 2026.

Paid separately
- Electricity, on your studio's own prepaid meter: usually about IDR 300,000 a month
- Drinking water (gallon bottles): about IDR 200,000 a month
- Laundry: IDR 25,000 per use of the self-service machines
- Parking: arranged separately if space is free
There is no security deposit.

How to book, step by step
- Tell us your datesMessage us on WhatsApp with your move-in date and how long you would like to stay. We tell you which studios are free and can send photos or a video of a particular studio.
- See it on a video callNot in Bali yet? We walk you through the studio live on a video call, at a time that suits your time zone.
- Pay the booking fee: IDR 1,000,000The booking fee holds your studio. It is not an extra cost: we deduct it from the rent you pay by check-in. There is no security deposit.
- Pay the rest by check-inFor a stay of up to 2 months, pay the rest of the rent by check-in. For a longer stay, pay the first month (less the booking fee) by check-in, then each month in advance.
- Check inBring your passport. You sign the Rental Agreement, in English and Indonesian, when you arrive, and we take a copy of your passport, as the law in Indonesia requires. Want to read the agreement before you pay? Ask us and we will send you a copy.
Paying from abroad
You can pay the booking fee and the rent from any country. All payments go to our company account at BCA (Bank Central Asia), in the name of KSO Sora Residence2, the company that runs Sora Residence Sanur. We send you the account number in writing on WhatsApp when we confirm your studio.
Usually the cheapest and fastest way. Choose Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and a bank account at BCA. The app shows the fee and the exact amount we will receive before you pay.

Send the amount in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and choose the option where you pay all the charges (often called OUR), so the full amount reaches us. A transfer can take 1 to 3 working days.
A normal transfer from any Indonesian bank account or banking app to our BCA account works too.
After you pay, send us a photo or screenshot of the transfer receipt on WhatsApp. We confirm as soon as the money arrives, and the studio is held for you. Bank charges are paid by the sender. If your bank asks for more details, message us.
Pay only to the BCA account in the name of KSO Sora Residence2. If anyone asks you to pay to a different account, check with us on WhatsApp first.
If your plans change
The booking fee holds the studio for you. If you cancel, or do not check in within 1 day after your check-in date, we keep it as a cancellation fee, and anything else you have paid is refunded within 7 days. If we cancel, we refund everything you have paid within 7 days. The full terms are in the Rental Agreement.

Questions
Is there a security deposit?
No. The booking fee of IDR 1,000,000 holds your studio, and it is deducted from your rent.
Can I pay by card?
The rent is paid by bank transfer, including with apps such as Wise. Electricity is paid on site, in cash or by card.
Can I see the studio before I pay?
Yes. If you are in Bali, come and see it. If not, we show it to you on a video call.
Can I stay longer than I first booked?
Yes, if the studio is free. Ask us at least 10 days before your check-out date.
